If you are going to be woken up by noise first thing in the morning then surely nothing can be better than the call of the Fish Eagle, pity we cannot have the sound, and the best place to experience this is Rhino Island!
This is an almost mature specimen perched on a dead Leadwood, on Rhino Island, Matusadona National Park, Zimbabwe.

Ken I would love to go an experience this ,sounds great. Must have been a bit difficult with what looks like fairly strong light on the head of the bird, but it all looks very good to me.
