Excellent shot with amazing detail and great background. I would have kept the 3:2 aspect ratio to give the the bird more space to move into.

The background created by the Pacific is always great with these Peregrines. Nice flight pose. The image isn't quite sharp. Close, but just not quite where it should be. Nice effort.

A beautiful, beautiful bird. A little more sharpening would be a help as well as more room on the left. The OOF ocean makes a nice background.

A very strong flight shot, Tjie. I'd try another round of selective sharpening to the bird.

Hi Tjie, I agree with Keith's comments. I do think you can help this image though by adding more contrast (which creates a tad sharper look) and one more round of sharpness on the bird. It doesn't correct this, but it will make a difference in my opinion.

Thanks everyone for your valuable comments and suggestions ! Please find a new version with a round of selective sharpening and contrast added to the bird. .... Tjie

Fabulous overhead shot! You certainly made the most of your privileged view point. I'm using the same kit and note with interest the comments relating to sharpness. The repost is very striking.
