This photo was taken from the Lindis Pass Historic Hotel camping ground on the South Island of NZ while I was swatting away the worst sandflies I've ever experienced.

This is a good look at quite a stack of lenticular clouds, Dave. The clouds look yellow to me, was this the way they were or could this use a different color balance?

Beautiful abstract Dave! Looks like late evening light. The little bits of blue sky add to the drama. Nice capture!

Mark: It was very late in the day as Sanjay noted and this was the last bit of light before dark. I believe the color is pretty accurate from what I remember. Thanks for comments

Lenticular clouds are some of my favorite Dave (but glad I don't have to experience the sandflies - uck)!!! Nice layers, and lighting
