Folks,

This is the fine shades of a tree, where the main trunk goes off in two directions. The recent rains brought in some moss on it..

C&C welcome .does this work ..Do let know if this needs to be moved from landscape..

7D, 50 Zeiss, 200ISO, 0.6 Sec @F16, levels

Many Thanks NPN for your support

I like it. The shadows are maybe a little dark (on my display), and I'm not sure about cutting off the feature on the right though.

Good textures and mix of colors. Looks about right for old wet wood. My guess is that this would do equally well in Macro and Closeup.

I think this works well, Balan. You've got lots of fine detail and subtle colors. I like this as presented, but do wonder if a version is possible that would include all of the knot hole on the right (either backing up or swinging the camera to the right).

Interesting abstract, Balan. I think the knothole either needs to shown in it's entirety, or cropped out. Also, the dark area lower left is a tad too dark, especially near the edge of the frame. The other colors and textures look nice.
