Gary, you have some AMAZING "dog in the environment" images! Everything you've posted this week is outstanding. Great eye, and jaw-dropping scenes. Stunning dogs as well.

I had a chow-shepherd cross when I was a teenager and climbing as many peaks in British Columbia as I could without technical gear, and "Bear" would join me on almost all my excursions. Your pictures remind me of those adventures, but your imagery is far beyond what I was capturing at the time. Awesome stuff.

Gary, can I go wading too?! Looks like a ton of fun in a great setting with the dogs placed well in the frame.

Can I please come back as one of your dogs? They look like they lead quite the life! What a wonderful series of dog images in magnificent settings.

Hi Gary,

Your dogs are lucky--that's beautiful up there. Nice image and composition. My Newfs would be totally immersed like hippos in that cold water...........................Jim
