The morning sun back lit the red rose. Lights and colors go through the translucent parts of the flower and the dew drops.

The backlight surrounds your subject as if greeting her good morning. The star on the drop the perfect accent. :toast:

Beautiful backlit image, Gigi. Great use of the shadows. The sparkling water droplet is perfectly placed.

Gigi - Excellent shot. Love the lighting and specially the star burst that narrower aperture always bring about.

An amazingly perfect sunstar, Gigi. I also like the backlit upper petal with the dew.

Very cool Gigi. It all works well together - the greenery in the BG, the water droplets, the sun star in the droplet. Very, very interesting.
