This is my four year-old little lady in our backyard. Bubbles are magical through her eyes.

Emily, I have 2 little ones...well one is now 8...However...I know the magic of bubbles... What a great memory to capture. The dress looks a little blown out, but you might be able to tone it down in software. Was the flare added post? I now the dreamy effect was intended. I just find it a little too bright and it draws away from your daughter. Overall a great memory of your child and the magic of bubbles.

A wonderful impromptu moment, yes it's magical without a doubt..
Especially through the eyes of a 4 year old.
Well done!

Good catch. It could stand toning down a little to pick up the dress details.Pretty good comp, with some extras thrown in—the stairs, fence and maple colors are good elements. I think you could crop some from both ends to strengthen the main subject.

Thank you all! Gary, yes indeed, the flare was added in processing and I'm still learning how to use the feature. Looking at it again I wish I had toned it down quite a bit more. Next time! And thank you Howard and Phil for your eyes as well! I always appreciate suggestions.

Lovely moment, Emily. I love the bubbles. I agree with Phil's comments, and Gary's about the flare. Still sweet, though.
