This is one of my favorite scenes captured on a calm, misty morning in the pasture.
Camera gear and settings used: NIKON D5000, ƒ/5.6, 1/125, 122 mm, and 200 ISO.

And a very nice favorite indeed, Emily. Tranquil setting comes to mind. All the elements in this composition come together well, the early morning sunlight burning through the fog, the quiet pond, and the leaning tree on the right seems to frame it. Even the horse is nicely posed!

Beautiful! The first thing that popped into my head when I saw this was "fairytale". I think it really conveys a fairytale mood here. I'd hang it on my wall!

Lovely, peaceful morning scene, Emily. You've got some fine light coming in and catching the mist. The horse and the pond add to the sense of peace. Both the regular version and the larger version seem small. Are they 720 pixels and 1200 pixels on the long side respectively?

Thank you for the feedback! Mark, you're right. The images are smaller than those dimensions. Is there any way I can go in and edit this photo post, or would I need to remove it and resubmit? Sorry, I'm still learning the ins and outs here!

A lovely bucolic scene, Emily and a fine contribution to the WC.

The light on the foggy air on the left balances out the right side nicely. I can see why you like this pastoral image.
