Kildeer in Fog & repost

Due to a few people's requests on my last post, here's a few frames later without any adjustment to contrast to reduce the fog effect. Note that I was close enough that the fog wasn't really that noticeable except as a reduction in contrast. I did boost the exposure about 1/3 stop in post processing.

1Div, 500mm f4 ISL + 1.4TC, hand held, f5.6, 1/800, iso 500, pattern metering, aperture priority, cropped from the horizontal original and a bit extra off the top. Processed in LR5 (automatic sharpening for web) and in CS6 (selective sharpening of the bird and 1/3 stop of exposure). Final image size is 7MP. Taken August 23rd at 8:17 am.

Your critiques are always appreciated.

Thanks,

Like it as presented Dennis, although a tit brighter would probably work - however you wanted to show it here as it was ! Excellent POV ! Cheers,. Hans

Here's a repost with it brightened up and sharpened a bit more. I also emphasized the eye a bit in post on this one.
