This Sea Star, Dancing across the glass, was found at the Aquarium in San Francisco.
I think he is happy to be in the aquarium and not out in the wild. Sandy's spotlight on the starfish plight hit me, as we visited the Northern California coast a couple of weeks ago. The only sea stars we saw were at the aquarium. Not a one was in residence at the coastal tidal pools we visited
This strange disease that is killing the sea stars is quite gruesome....they are, literally, ripping their own arms off-resulting in their insides spilling out for a horrible death
hopefully, there will be enough stars left to re-populate, after the plague has run its course!

Congrats on the WP!
