Lobster Floats

This shot was taken July 1, 2014 in Orleans, Massachusetts. Our family rented on old sea captain's home and this former playhouse was festooned with these floats. The image is cropped about 2% and has been only minimally processed in Lightroom, PhotoshopCC 2014. I dampened the whites very slightly in TK.

It's a colorful image, Patrick. I think it could be even better with a slight boost in saturation and/or contrast to make those colors really pop. It is an interesting find and not something you see every day.

Hey Patrick,
Sounds like a great place to vacation with the family and get some great images as you have proven with this one. I wonder if the owner started out hanging these floats as art work or did it just end up that way, these were obviously collected over a period of time. I am always a fan of more saturation but the colors as posted look pretty good on my monitors, perhaps a bit more room all the way around if you have it would help with the crowded feel of the overall image of this crowded wall. (boy that's a lot the crowd into one sentence)
Great memories of this family outing . . . :toast:
