I enjoy snooping in our garden for abstract/extract type images. Our Black Eyed Susans are a favorite subject and are about 5 feet out the front door . All comments welcome. >=))>

Bill, I know well how tough it is when your subject is 5 feet from the door (my ponds are about 30 ft away). You've got a fine sense of flow here with the lines in the petals. I'm also very attracted to the hair on the back of the central petal. That makes a good change of pace.

Just came in from the back patio looking for some abstracts myself. Hope I've got something even remotely as good as this. Very nice, Bill.

Wow, would never have guessed this was a Black Eyed Susan Bill. Don't usually think of them as graceful flowers but you have captured that essence in this shot. I liked the different shades of yellow on display here and the flowing lines of the petals. The tiny hairs add an area of interest.

Really liking the color and softness to this one, Bill. Although I do not shoot many Blacked Eyed Susan I do like them as a wild natural flower found almost everywhere......A gorgeous photo here.

Very nice lines and color, Bill, and a good fir to the theme from the flora world.
