This dragonfly appears to be looking right into my lens, need ID of his little friend. Exposure F5.6 1/4000 ISO 400 70-300 Tamron with macro @250mm.
Also I like the comments given my images, it's been very helpful. Thanks

Hi Rufus. I certainly like the straight, head on perspective against the clean bg. Great view of the DF. Sorry, but I can't help you on the interesting looking second bug, but it does add interest to the image. Is this a significantly cropped image? It appears to be a bit noisy. That's my only nit. Thanks for sharing. :wavey:

Abudullah:

Good looking dragonfly! The eyes are really tack sharp. Like the dragon perched just at the top of the arch. The other 'friend' is the exuvia (larva shell) of the dragonfly.

Good view of the dragonfly. There is significant, but curable noise in the BG. This had to be a significant crop or over processed.

Please feel free to jump in with comments. Learning to comment has added as much to my techniques as has the critiques I have received.
