That little spot of light on the far hill makes this perfect, although I prefer slightly faster shutter speed for the water, and I really wanted to see a larger image too!

The thumbnail doesn't do this justice. Love the dark mood you've created in this. I like it a lot.

Really liking the ominous feel of this one, Peter.

Nice......imparts a sense of serenity with impending drama. Details are crisp and the water flows just right for me. Excellent

The details are superb in this, Peter. The spot of light is wonderful. If I had any nit at all it would be to have a tad more room top and bottom. I'd also take it just as it is. Nice work.

Very dramatic light. I'd like a bit more room at the top and bottom, and more detail in the very dark areas. The spot of light on the hillside is a nice touch.
If you can, post a large version of your images. I know it's more work, but details get lost in the small images.

Peter, Boy, the thumbnail sure doesn't do this one justice, and I see Pat mentioned the same thing. What a pleasant surprise when I clicked on it! Nice work!

Perfect SS for the water for me and a dark mysterious look to the land.
The highlights are a bit bright, I might tone them down.
Terrific color.

Nicely balanced comp with nice depth Peter. I too think that light striking the hill in the back adds a lot to the image. And I too wish you would have included a larger version!
