Another shot from Steptoe Butte taken a couple weeks ago. Used the 70-200mm and would like to have had a 2x extension to zoom larger the trees and blds… next time. There is also wisdom in not going all the way to the top of the butte…when haze dominates the air.

Great shot Ken, I drove around for two days but didn't get the right feel for the Palouse, I must go back one day. You really captured the greenery and shades of brown perfectly here.
