Osteospermum 4

Hi all.

We have this great osteospermum that is producing some really pretty blooms. They start out very pail, then get darker and more colorful as they get older.

I took lots of photos of this bloom with different angles and different apertures. So there may be more photos following.

Any and all thoughts appreciated.

Nathan -Beautiful selective focus. There is enough area in focus at the center to hold my interest. I like how that one pollen pod provides some contrast and add a nice area of interest.

There is no ambiguity where you want the viewer to focus on. The image just draws the eyes in and holds ones interest. Masterful composition.

Wonderful close up perspective and selective focus. I like the slight angle of view, center detail and the way my eye flows into the image, way to go.

Very nice Nathan! Love the dof and the muted colors. One thought: would it help to move the center more to the right and lower? Maybe you wanted to include more of the color from the petals on this side. Either way, very well done.
