Very interesting. Sharp as a "tack". I like the use of the green bg.

Thanks Floyd
The CZM stacking programme has its own sharpening thingy which can be over the top sometimes.

John: Nicely captured. I have actually spent several hours on a couple of occasions watching these pop open and unfurl. Hope we get to see the rest of the story. >=))>

Excellent stacking! A bit chunky on the sharpening. Not that it really matters, but the LLC on the larger photo has some "stair-stepping" left over from the blending.

Thanks all
See what you mean about the faults on the biggie. I think I uploaded a different pic ! Interestingly the only sharpening was that which CZM does with a high pass filter. I have to say it does look a bit chunky
Thanks for looking

John - Very nice and sharp. I usually apply sharpening only to the subject in Nik Suite and if I had to apply for the whole frame, use mask and erase sharpening artifacts usually seen in the background.

Would love to see this Poppy Opening as a series. The large version has some blank areas.

John

Notwithstanding the small glitches in the stacking, this is a beautiful image with excellent details. :toast:
