A great variation with its lower light, and darker shades of green Albert.
Well done!:toast:

Nice lines and great shades of green Albert. I wonder what it would have looked like if the camera had been turned a few degrees CW to get the tip that goes out of the frame at the bottom in the frame? Although, I know how hard it is to make decisions on keeping tips of leaves and petals in the frame!

I love the comp with the leaves growing out of the center. The color is beautiful. Very nice!

I like the composition on this veratrum better than the first version Albert, although, I like them both.

Hi Albert, had to compare this one with the one in macro because the views are similar. I like this version a bit better, mostly because there's more sharpness in that leaf heading off to the left. This sure looks like a fun plant to "work" photographically, with all of the lines, shapes, textures, and subtle color gradations. I too wonder about the "missing" tip lrc, but this works fine as presented.

The lines and shading make this. I'd love to see a b/w rendition.
