A nice image, if a bit turned away. I believe bumping the ISO to about 400 and going for a smaller f-stop, say 6.3 or 7.1 would have given you a better DOF.

Very nice shot. Timing is tops in catching the splashing with the drops still suspended. Tack sharp on the head. I might bump the exposure a bit. I'm not worried about the specular highlight on the water but would like to see the light are on the head closer to white. You have to love the colors on these guys.
