Very nice comp and crop. Beautiful setting and flowers. Sky looks so nice. What's the pale blue/green flowers?

I'd like just a little increase of levels on the main flower.

Excellent. Welcome to the Flora Gallery, Morkel! You do great wildlife shots, but it never hurts to stop and smell the flowers occasionally. I really like the subtle tone of the dark Cosmos against the warm setting sun. The textures from cool to warm, dark to light, placed in a vertical thirds composition are outstanding! :toast:

Most excellent flora landscape, Morkel! Best rig for landscape and gave a nice bokeh backdrop to the cosmos. Great to see you here in Flora!

Love the feeling of solitude this seems to me to convey, Morkel. Perfectly chosen perspective and dof - and fine capture of the evening light. You are very lucky to have these beautiful flowers blooming wild just now !!

Nice use of DOF Morkel. The shot overall feels very balanced. I like the layers through the photo. I would not mind the bottom layer selectively lightened up just a bit.

I spent 2 years in South Africa, in Natal, as a missionary. It was a great experience and I miss the country a lot. I was there from 1994-1996.
