Rhyolite hills

This is an image of the coloured Rhyolite hills at Landmannalaugar in south central Iceland. The image was taken a few years ago about half an hour after sunset when the nicely coloured hills are still illuminated by the last light coming from the sky.

Gorgeous Chris it is these hills in particular that is my own personal fascination with Iceland.

Really nice. A gem in the hillside for sure, which you captured well! Just wondering if everything around the central hill is a bit dark, but I hate to nitpick on such an image!
