Nice bird on a pleasant perch. The color blocks in the background look a little unnatural, but maybe that was just how it was. At any rate a very nice shot ! Hans

A very pretty lady. The detail and exposure are good as is the comp. The relatively sharp line between the green and tan in the BG looks a little odd, but that is minor.

Another new species for me. Nice work on the exposure with those troublesome yellow tones.

Rick, I did some minor change, which I think might have improved it a little.
Thanks for commenting!

I have never seen one of these and am really wishing we got this species in North America. You guys down south get a lot of cool birds. I like the wilted leaves perch and clean BG.

Great pose, lovely background, and exposure is spot-on. Intereseting bird too.

Very nice bird, love the colour. The dried perch is also very attractive. I wonder if this may work even better as a vertical, an added bonus is that you might be able to avoid most of the cloning, or at least make it easier to disguise.

Wonderful pose and good feather detail in the larger version, I also think this would work better as a vertical. Well done.

Nice one Jefferson - like the way the colour of the bird stands out from the perch and background
