ISO 200 1/60 sec f/16

B&W conversion in Silver Efex Pro.

This looks really good, Eva. A great scene and I love that sky. Your b&w conversion works wonderfully!
The times and posting order seem to be off track here on NPN. When I last looked Tony's image was up but not your's. I have also noticed the times being off, even the day when I post. Must be some kind of problem going on.

Thanks Everyone. I noticed that too Nick B since I posted this after Jeff's image. Other people have noticed time discrepancies too. Maybe Jim needs to take a closer look at what is going on.

Eva, I didn't want to take anything away from your image, but it just seemed like the problems weren't aware of and I wanted to mention it.. Jim does need to take a closer look I guess. Wonderful image and rework! Nick

Very nice composition with a great tonal range throughout. I like the contrast between the sharp ridgeline and the puffy cumulus clouds.

Nice looking conversion Eva, I would crop a bit off the top though, just to off-center the mountain a bit.

Very nice, Eva. Is this The Watchman? Beautiful conversion and the large view is sweet. I think I agree with Zack about cropping a tad off the top and maybe a hair from the left. Excellent as is though.

Saw this on FB earlier and loved it, but posted here (large version) is much better! Conversion is dead on perfect Eva. One of your finest IMO.

Especially love the dramatic clouds, Eva. Very nice image. On a recent visit to Zion I had trouble getting shots when shooting up due to the high contrast. Just now learning about "bracketing" and then combining in post.

Eva - what is Silver Fox? Unfamiliar with that program. Do you like it better than Silver Efex Pro? Any details would be appreciated. I quit using Silver Efex because I feel I can get more consistent results by converting manually but always interested in something new.

Beautiful. It's remarkable how warm it feels for a B&W. Very nicely done
