Scott, This shot caught my eye for the following reasons. The composition is perfect with the entire reflection captured in the image. The details are sharp and the muted colors are perked up with the light blue and greens of the ripples. This image reminds me of a detailed color pencil drawing. Well done .......................................Jim

This is very nice...I agree that the females are pretty, too! This needs a slight clockwise rotation to even out the water ripples and line up the eye reflection. Nice light, very good details and a nice head turn...well captured. Sharon

Excellent dof, Scott. I think this could use a bit of CW rotation; the tips of the real beak and the reflected beak should form pretty close to a vertical line. Excellent exposure and image quality.

The most mis-named species in North America. Good shot of this little lady; I think you need 1-2 degrees of clockwise rotation; otherwise great techs and composition.
