Dramatic boulders, and I like that orange leaf. Looks like some ice on the water? It would be nice of the boulders anchored a view that led more in to the background; it feels a little cut off at the top.

I like the appealing and shapes and colours in the fore to mid ground. The more complex and messy background competes a bit.

As the others hinted at, the leaf is where the focus is here, and that probably should have been the main story here, which means that the bg is just a distraction. I tried a screen crop to get rid of the bg rocks--but then there is no way to avoid cutting across some of the bg boulders, anything i try just looks uncomfortable. This is one of those scenes where you have to spend a few minutes exploring every possible angle--and if nothing works, give up! Or shoot a macro of the leaf

Agree with the other comments here. Overall a nice little scene but am a little uncertain about the focus of this image. The water movement in the background serves as a distraction IMO. I would concur that a closeup on the leaf and ice would make this image much more effective.
