End of day

Walking back to the car along the edge of a field at the end of a cloudy, overcast day, we noticed the tops of the trees to our left suddenly illuminated with golden light. Looking to our right back over the bay we saw that welcome slit of light appearing at the horizon. We rushed back down to the shore, set up, and watched, amazed, as this occurred. I REDUCED vibrancy a little in LR.

The large version is a firework show! Those clouds are what do it for me in this picture. Nice capture.

What a display of light here, Ronald. Gorgeous color and reflections. I like the dark blue clouds at the top of the frame as well because they provide a nice counterpoint to the vibrant orange. If I were to nit pick the blade of grass in the lower right hand corner of the frame is a very minor distraction but really doesn't detract from my enjoyment of the image.

Beautiful colors in the sky and water and nicely silhouetted shoreline Ronald. Pretty scene.

Wow, what a show you got. This is really beautiful, with the heavy clouds so dramatic and seeming to be on fire. The trees on both sides anchor it well. I would consider cloning out the piece of grass in the foreground.
