Salt River Calm

Had the chance to meet up with Karl Buiter and Peter Coskun for a sunrise shoot at the Lower Salt River below Saguaro Lake Dam last Saturday. I liked the view to the west as well as the sun started to hit the far escarpment. Fall color in January- how nice.

Nikon D200, Nikon 17-55 2.8, 1/8 sec @ f14, Grad ND, tripod.

A beautiful scene, Bob. So peaceful and tranquil. I think you nailed the exposure and the colors and detail are great. Composition of the scene is excellent. No nits from me.

Nice peaceful image, Bob. The mirror-like reflection compliments the blue skies nicely. Always good to see more fall color.
