Beautiful light Basri. These are really cool shells, they are also very cool swimmers in real life.

Although I've seen this backlit subject before, yours is an eye-catching image and very well done, Basri.

Very nicely done, Basri! I've always found these nautilus shells and their beautiful design quite fascinating. I have not yet photographed them (sounds like a good winter project ), but I really like your approach here. The backlighting works wonderfully to highlight all of their intricate design. Good placement within the frame too. A very pleasing and eye-catching image. :toast:

This is beautifully lit and does a great job of showing off the spiral.

Stunning geometry, color, and slightly off-center main subject.

Just right, esp the placement and gradations of color against the sharp lines.
