Aether - Also known as the fifth element by medieval alchemists, aether is the material that fills the region of the universe above the terrestrial sphere. In Greek mythology, it was thought to be the pure essence that the gods breathed, filling the space where they lived.

Love the title and the mood. Truly a "blue hour" shot.

The long exposure makes the clouds on the peaks look more like wraiths than clouds. Beautiful work.

I opened the larger image and my face just broke out into a smile. :) What a great, clean, moody, spooky, image. The longer exposure worked really well. Very nice!

An extremely clean and otherworldly night time exposure, Kah Kit! The contrast between the sharp details in the rocks and the super smoothed clouds, fog and water is captivating. I like the mood of the scene.
