This adorable bluebird was preening just out of my good focal distance, so it was soft in the original. I used fractalius to give his feathers some "edges". I hope you like the effect as much as I do.

Great preening pose Lucy, interesting use of the frac filter!
I especially like the interesting perch, with all the patches of lichen, etc..
