A copse in a field

by Ronald Murphy

Gallery: Man & NaturePosted December 17, 2013104 views1 comments
Sunset near Banshee Reeks Nature Preserve, VA. Cloned out a telephone pole in the far background.

This is a corn field, so I went with Man & Nature

Raw file processed in LR5, with TK resize/sharpening for web.
Canon T2i, 1/2 s, f/11, ISO 100, EFS 10-22 mm @ 10 mm, CPL

Seeking any and all advice and comments. Thanks in advance.

The 'copse' of trees stands out well in this late light barren landscape, I like the overall 'starkness' Ronald.
Also like the stand of trees in the distance left, they seem to balance your comp.
And the bit of fading color there at the horizon is stealing whatever warmth there was to be had.
In other words, your image shouts winter to me. In a subtle, out of the box way.. :toast:
