Protect the baby.

On safari in Sri Lanka we encountered this family of Elephants. The little baby was surrounded by all the other Elephants. They wanted to follow the path where our jeep was standing. By raising their trunks and flapping their ears they made clear not being very happy with us. We of course gave them the space to pass after taking a couple of images.

Ellen--this is a very interesting shot and it shows the protective behaviors of the elephants. :toast: ...................Jim

An interesting group photo with the upraised trunks. The elephants have quite a distinct green tint to their coat colour on my monitor, not sure if this is accurate or not. Well done. I also like the presentation with the raised image and drop shadow on the background with title. :toast:

Love the raised trunks, especially with the foremost youngster. Excellent moment! In a perfect world, you could have asked the back half of an elephant on the left edge to step out of the frame. I agree with Gary that you may want a slight adjust in color.

Love the babe down in front trumpeting glad tidings of joy
Great eye eye contact & head-on POV, the close comp works well for this especially 'protective' family/theme!
Well done & Happy Holidays! :wavey:
