That's a really striking color combination Kane! Those repeating patterns really catch my eye as well! And the dusting of snow tops it all off. Well crafted image! :toast:

Nice layers of colors and textures leading the eye to the back. I am sure you will hear about the blue in the snow from this crowd  , but you also know I like a little color in my snow and water. I am really enjoying the variety in this.

Mark read my mind (well that's so easy to do). I think you should go as white as possibe with the snow here, make it as obvious as possible that theres snow on the trees. Love the comp though, terrific balance and texture! :toast:

Very cool image Kane. I really like the range of green and yellow tones here. The light snow covering the spruce trees is icing on the cake. Great work!

The spacing of the spruce among the patches of color gives this a playful flow. Sweet!

This is a beautiful image, Kane. There is so much interest to keep my eyes wandering throughout the frame and I like how you used a subtle "Z" in the lines of the trees to direct my eyes.

Gorgeous...a bit of a sleeper I guess, given the number of comments, but it's one thing to look good as a website thumbnail and entirely another to look good printed large on a wall. I think you've definitely got the latter nailed with this image.

Phil and others I appreciate the nice comments. Phil, I agree, this one is one of my favs from fall 2013, and I'm struggling to make it feel better to my eye.
