From the end of the pier at Santa Cruz, CA, with Jupiter (I believe) in attendance, 2007.

Canon XTi, 2 RAW exposures, one for the sea (0.3 s, f/4, ISO 400) and one for the moon (1/320 s, f/9, ISO 400), hand blended in PS6, processed in LR5, with TK resize/sharpening for web. Sigma 18-200 mm @ 200 mm

Seeking any and all advice and comments. Thanks in advance.

Works for me, Ron! Love the mood here. One minor suggestion--maybe bring up the brightness of the reflection just a bit. :wavey:

Simple and extremely elegant, Ronald. Really liking the implied horizon here. This is a really nice presentation.

The simplicity speaks volumes. I really enjoy it; it has a peaceful feeling.

Hi Ronald,

It works for me too. I would not change the tones, but might be tempted to remove the lower cloud. My eye somehow goes directly onto it.

Cheers,
Marko
