Looking At You

This sub-adult Bald Eagle (some dark feathers in head) was flying by on a sunny day. This photo is a very large crop (more than 50%) from the original nearly full frame bird. I liked the intense look of the Eagle in flight. Large photo shows some noise due to large crop. Comments appreciated.

1DIV, EF 600 + 1.4, ISO 640, f7.1, 1/4000, Tripod, Cropped as noted, A bit of sharpening on Eagle.

Impressive closeup and composition. If you do Lightroom you can select the background and reduce the noise there at least. Still a great photo.

Nice Frame. The crop does emphasize the intense look of the eagle.

The tight crop works very well with this image. Nicely captured.
