I like the conversion (IR?) and I very much like the tree branches and young leaves. Not so much the cliff backdrop. I also think that compression hurt you on the image; this is not the best venue for images best seen much larger than 1200 x n.

Chet, I like the shapes and forms of the dark limbs against the bright leaves, along with your composition and conversion. Well done.

The dark twisting branches are the star of the show for me.

Very attractive Chet. I really like your composition, and this works well in B&W. I like the dark/light contrast between the branches/leaves.

I like this a lot, Chet. If it were mine, I might burn down the background highlights to give more emphasis to the tree, but works real nice as presented.

I like this a lot, and agree with Harley about burning down the background rock just a bit. The twisting trunks are excellent.

Chet, I'm really enjoying this image! The tree branches look fantastic and I like the b&w conversion. I do agree with Harley and Preston about burning down the background rock some. Very nice work on this!

Lots of nice details and textures in the large version, Chet. I love those graceful limbs of the cottonwood and the B&W conversion works beautifully. I too agree with the suggestion for burning down the BG a touch, but still nice as is.
