Sabbaday Waterfalls, White Mountains, NH

Taken in the second week of October which was actually past peak color in this area though I really enjoyed the drama of these falls but not the crowds of people. I'll have to go back here at a more sane time.

Canon 5DM2
Canon 24-70mm f/2.5L at 35mm
ISO 100 0.6 sec f/16;

Love the perspective and the colors in this are quite refreshing.

Very nice brown tones in this Eva and the water exposure looks great. Nice composition pulls me through the scene nicely. Well done.

Really like the lines of your composition, Eva, and the lovely warm tones in the rock. Nicely done.

Not sure of the scale of this place but the image makes me want to step back from the edge. :biggrin:

Fascinating perspective; a bit disorienting. It works well. I do wish that stick wasn't there; it grabs my eye a bit. But, doesn't look like a good place to grab it out! :eek:

This image resonates with familiarity to me Eva. I visit a place called Starved Rock, and I have been thinking about how i can capture a similar scene. I enjoy this view, and the energy it present to the viewer.

Wow, what a cool looking place. I want to step back too... :biggrin: I really like the powerful feel of the water rushing in from the corner in your comp. The detail and textures of the rock and leaves in your large version look great. :smile:
