This was shot about 20 minutes before sunrise at Buffalo Creek Wildlife Management Area. This is a blend of two images for exposure in PSE11 All comments and critiques are welcome and appreciated.

Great expansive sky Richard. No wonder we head to these places for the feeling of openess you have shown. The FG grasses look a little muddy - maybe adjusting the blacks will give them a little more contrast and definition. They are probably catching some of the reds in the sky, so maybe a little more cyan here? Not really a big deal. Look like the marsh grasses of NH seacoast.

Hi Richard, That is a beautiful sky, and like Harry, I love the wide open feel your images capture. This one is no exception! They have a way of inviting you in. Maybe I'll have to come visit...and take a deep breath.

Beautiful sunrise. Ditto on the wide open spaces you capture. On my monitor, it could be sharpened a little more in both versions.

The detail in the large version looks perfectly natural to me for the time of day. Great color in the sky, too.

Richard, Just so you know I was your 100th viewer...and it was worth it. Love the colour and expansive view. Maybe a slight tilt to the right to adjust a slanted horizon is my only nit.
