A treat to see one alive and well these days!
This old bull was a real poser.

The shot from ground level makes this hulk even more imposing. Well taken!

Like the elephants Morkel, the low POV really makes the image. Nice BKG helps separate the subject well with a nice clarity providing emphasis on the Rhino. Personally I might remove the white streak in the soil, but know your thoughts well enough, LOL.

Morkel, as I've mentioned before - I'm envious of the low angle you get at this venue. Do you have a curfew for shooting from these ground level blinds? ....some real low light images would be interesting from this perspective. That old guy has a lot of character.

This is a very intimidating image. It looks like you are sitting right in front of him. Great POV. The POV gives a real sense of power the this magnificent animal.

Super imposing POV. It has a feel as if I'm there viewing live.

Morkel,
This is quite nice I presume it was taken in an area where there is a large and healthy population?

Great low angle makes him huger than he is. I'd love to sit with you one day in this hide and take all these 'up your nose' images of ellies and rhinos!
