I had envisioned this shot for a while now but all the elements needed to be just right. We had some nice stormy skies this week coinciding with low tide and sunset. Using a 10 stop ND filter I shot this at f/11 for 76 seconds. Knowing the 10 stop at dusk always gives me a really blue image I had assumed I would do some type of color correcting but I like this pretty much right out of the camera. Let me know what you think.

Intriguing image, Todd. I really like the dark form of the pier accented against the blue sky and ocean. The bit of light sky along the horizon helps give a nice pop of contrast from all the blue. I do like the blue color as is. . .doesn't look like it needs any adjusting to me. However, it does look like the horizon is not quite level, needing a slight tilt to the left. This could also make for a great pano shot too by cropping up some from the bottom.
