When I saw the thumbnail I jumped all over it. I don't know if it's my eyes but this looks soft in focus, I love the comp

Very nice, Lucy - the heavy black frame somehow suiting this image well. A simple but very attractive portrait.

Monarch caterpillar. It does appear partially soft. I suspect that part of the caterpillar was just out of the plane of focus.

I like the comp and the nice clean view of the CP, Lucy. I also like the way you captured him mid-snack. They are voracious eaters.
