An excellent freshwater marsh plant. FYI, the tubers are edible when boiled. I believe there is also a candy made from these.

Love the streaky bg, Bill - it sets off the flower beautifully. Also very much like the slightly off centre placement in the frame - lovely image !

Bill - Beautiful. Love the textures on the whites and the exposure.

It was interesting to see a few tropical plants from you like the Pickerelweed and Arrowhead. I have shot both of them by the sides of lakes when I was in Singapore.
