Whie-faced Ibis
by Ken Archer
Another photo from Malheur NWR this spring. I was at the refuge a couple days ahead of the workshop to get an idea where the birds were hanging out. And I found a large flock of Ibises foraging in a field. While I was watching them, single birds and small groups began moving to another part of the field giving me many opportunities to grab some flight photos of these beauties in nice light.
Canon MKIV, 600mm, 1/3200, f8, ISO 800, manual mode with a spot meter, cropped 20% on the right side and top.
I appreciate all your comments and suggestions.
