Here's another shot from our South African trip, this is a charming, common little species that isn't too shy. Photographed from our safari vehicle in Addo Elephant National Park.

Gorgeous little bird, Nate. Looks like he's singing his heart out. Nice perch and BG. A nice composition and nicely exposed. Thanks for taking the time for this guy even though he's not charismatic mega-fauna.

No nits from me Nate, well done as usual. At first glance at the thumbnail I thought Spotted Towhee!

Nice, clean shot of this bird and handling the black/white contrast.

Nice pose, I like the behavior this illustrates. Must have been a bit of a challenge to get detail in both whites and darks. Thanks for sharing.

Great singing pose you captured of this beauty Nate. It looks like he's got a beautiful song that everyone needs to hear. I really like the soft light of this photo.

Sweet One Nate

Excellent view of this bird with nice perch and calling pose. Beautiful lighting, too, which I'm sure helped big time in getting details in both b and w. The only thing I can see to improve this would be to clone out the leaf on the lower right, and that is an extremely minor nit! Sharon
