When you see these you know Summer is coming to an end slowly.

The background is some kind of sunflower like yellow flowers. I used a plamp to hold the flower pretty straight.

ND300s, AFD200mm F/4 Micronikkor, F/7.1, 1/250 Sec, ISO400, Tripod and early morning light filtered through the foliage.

Beautiful colors, Ram! The background makes the shot but as usual you have captured the details in flower really well. I think a square comp would also work well here. Nicely done!

I really admire the wonderful sharpness here, Ram - absolutely right for this flower with its complex centre. A gorgeous bg too providing the orange/purple harmony - a first rate image all round.
