Well, in keeping with the celestial bodies theme

, here is another Zinnia cropped to square with a lot of vignette applied to remove the background. It isn't so much orb shaped as just round, though.

5D, 28-135mm w/macro, tripod, shutter release, iso 800, 1/5 sec., f/8.

I'm digging your planet series, Morris. I liked the center of the previous planet, but I like the entire presentation in this one quite a bit more.

A red planet, so this should be Mars. Looks less “planet” than your previous image, but the post-processing is better. Very cool.
