I had posted this in the TNP forum a couple days ago..but thought I throw it out here too.. I had originally thought these might be Larry, Moe and Curly - as in the 3 Stooges - since they were acting totally stupid trying to attract the hens without any success..LOL - but someone pointed out that they may be..ahem.."mooning" the photographer!

Nikon D100, Sigma 105mm EX Macro lens @ f/2.8, Aperture priority
Manual focus, Shutter @ 1/80s, -2/3 EV, Natural light
Matrix metered, Braced on car door
Full frame

"Synchronized tail lifting". Maybe it will make to the next Olympics.
Great capture.

Cheers, :toast:

Michael, I'm glad you posted this delightful threesome here in Avian. I really like the repeating patterns and browns on the muted BG. Very nice, a different and interesting perspective.

When I saw the thumbnail, I thought I saw three chorus girls lifting their skirts! What a pity it`s only three Turkeys! Still, it`s a great image; very amusing!

Hmmm, don't know where the girls are 'cos if I were a female turkey (which I'm not, I might add), I'd be there in a flash!

Fantastic work.
