I was rowing down the river when I saw this Snowy Egret sunning it self. The Egret stayed there for five minutes and allowed me to photograph it.

Excellent, Peter. A great pose and the whites look nicely exposed. The high shutter speed let you stop the motion of the foot (I have a lot of scratching images with blurred feet).
