This is a really nice scene, Rick. I would recommend toning down the highlights in the sky a bit and maybe removing the slight blue color cast from the distant mountains.

The repost brought the highlights more in check and make this work really well. I like the color and your comp here, Rick. Your shot makes me want to see this place real bad.

The repost definitely improved this, Rick. I also agree with Morris that this would be a wonderful place to see in person - it must have been a great experience.

I'll go ahead and mention this too - when I was looking at this last night I noticed an interesting composition if you scroll down so as to crop out the sky and mountains all together you have a nice image. Of course it communicates a very different mood and it's good to have both. Just thought I would throw that out there - it's always nice to have the benefit of viewing the image with the ability to scroll down and experiment with crops. You don't have that advantage in the field but perhaps it can give you ideas for the next opportunity.
