This is from a recent backpacking trip in Utah's Uinta Mts. There was only a few moments on this morning when the light broke through the clouds to the east. Thanks for looking and C&C if you like.

Beautiful light and composition. Love how the water flows around to the mountain peak. Great colors as well. Just a peaceful and inviting scene.

Beautiful light and scene, Jeff, and a nice comp using the curving creek as the lead into the background.

Well, you nailed this one Jeff. Beautiful lighting and clouds. Overall processing looks darn good to me. I'll nitpick, a slight bump in highlights in the foreground water rapids would add more tasty contrast in that already fine foreground. Man that's a nice alpine scene. Be proud. I will say the second shot you posted on the RMNP forum is your best.

What a gorgeous scene and well shot. I like how those foreground rocks match the color of the peak and the greens add freshness to the scene. For more check out Jeff's post on the RMNP forum. Beautiful images Jeff!
